To book staff, start by requesting a quote. An event specialist will contact you with pricing, and you can then book your staffing order.
We ask that you contact us a minimum of 10 days in advance so that we can make certain that our staff members are available. Occasionally, we are able to help you to staff your event with less notice. At certain times during the year, we are very busy and ask that you place your order as early as possible.
If you are extremely satisfied with the staff who work at your event, you are free to tip them directly after the event is finished.
Yes, we have Workers' Compensation Insurance and General Liability Insurance (COI) with coverage of up to $2 million.
When you call us, we can talk about your event with you in detail so that we can help you to figure out the number of staff people that you need. You can also read our Staffing Guidelines to get a rough idea.
We require that you have a staff captain or an event coordinator who will be present at all times during your event. In order to provide the highest-quality services, our staff members require consistent directions. If you do not have a staff captain, you are able to hire ours.
Our bartenders are able to perform service work in addition to bartending.
As long as what you ask our staff members to do does not threaten their safety and is within their job descriptions, they are prepared to help you with whatever you need.
